Boil much water, separate the water into two parts (into two different pots). Put the noodles into the first part (the fuction is to decrease the candles in the noodles), and boil it again. Wait until the water becomes slightly yellowed (this is a sign that there is a layer of wax on the surface of instant noodles began to discolor). After that, lift and drain.

If you want instant noodle soup, put that 'washed' noodles into the second pot, simmer briefly, you can add vegetables or eggs if you like.
